Position Description
Whether you are a seasoned emergency medicine (EM) clinician or a new graduate looking to kickstart your EM career, TeamHealth has the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) to join our team in the emergency department (ED) at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, Ohio.
TeamHealth is willing to train new graduates for the position and you are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as an EM nurse practitioner or physician assistant in an ED or urgent care setting is a plus.
Magruder Hospital Features:
- Emergency department annual volume: 11,000
- 11 ED hospital beds
- Admission rate: 14%
- APC schedule: 11:00am-9:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm
- Candidates must be available for all shifts including 2 full weekends a month
- Medium acuity level facility
