Superior Health Quality Alliance is the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. It is also a Medicare Quality Innovation Network (QIN) that works with providers, community partners, beneficiaries, and caregivers on data-driven quality improvement initiatives to improve quality of care.

Superior Health works diligently with Skilled Nursing Facilities to educate and support improvement in quality outcomes in infection prevention and control, medication safety, rehospitalization and Quality Measures.

  Overview of Superior RealTime software 

4th annual conference, the 2024 Let's Talk About Health: Caring for Older Adults in Rural New York on Friday May 17th.

This virtual conference for both health care professionals and formal and informal caregivers will provide information specifically regarding health care in rural upstate New York. This year's topics include an overview of the NYS Master Plan on Aging, presentations on the services and resources offered by the AAAs and local libraries, an update on how to support older adults diagnosed with depression, tips on how to age in place, and a discussion of challenges faced by older Veterans in rural areas. All are welcome to join!
